Banana Pancake

Here’s how to use your ingredients

4 tbsp wheat flour, 0.5 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 banana, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla essence to make a delicious batch of 2 banana pancakes:

Recipe Overview –

  • Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add the sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla essence to the mashed banana and whisk until combined.
  • Gradually mix in the wheat flour to form a smooth batter. Ensure there are no lumps. Or you could grind everything in a mixer.
  • Heat a steel pan on medium flame, lightly grease it with butter or ghee, and pour a small amount of batter to form pancakes.
  • Cook each pancake for about 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown on a low flame.
  • Serve with hot chocolate. I prefer to eat without any toppings.
