Paneer Fry

Paneer remains soft with this recipe. 🧅

Ingredients for marination:-

  • 2tbs curd (yogurt)
  • 1/2tp turmeric
  • 1tp red chili powder
  • 1/2tp Garam Masala (a mixture of ground spices)
  • 1tp fish fry masala
  • 1/2tp ginger powder
  • 1/2tp coriander powder
  • 1/2tp cumin powder
  • 1tp Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • 1 big crushed garlic clove
  • 1 small cut onion
  • salt as required
  • 1tp lemon juice
  • 200gm small paneer pieces
  • 2tbs oil for frying the paneer

Process:-

  • Marinate paneer cubes in the paste for half an hour.
  • Fry the mixture on a medium flame until the paneer turns golden red in colour.

Paneer fry tastes good with a chapati.
