Oats smoothie

This is a quick and nutritious breakfast recipe.
Ingredients for 1 glass:-
- A handful of oats washed and soaked in water overnight (drain the water in the morning and wash them again)
- 1 banana or 2 chikoos (sapotas)
- a few seasonal berries
- 2 soaked almonds
- 1 soaked walnut
- 1tsp honey (optional)
- 1TB yogurt (optional)
- some water for the required consistency
Process:-
Blend all ingredients in a blender, taste the smoothie, and add soaked dates for more sweetness if desired.
You could also serve the smoothie by adding 1 tsp chia seeds (after being soaked in water for 3-4 hours).
