Lassi

Lassi is a traditional yogurt-based drink popular in Bharat. Here’s a classic Lassi recipe that’s quick to make, easy, and satisfying – perfect for keeping you full for some time!
Ingredients (for 1 person):
- 5 tbsp yogurt (or 7 tbsp curd)
- 1 tbsp fresh and extra thick cream (preferably crème fraîche)
- 1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- A little water (enough to blend smoothly)
Process:
- Add yogurt, rich cream, sugar, and a little water into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a mug, and your lassi is ready to enjoy!
