Lassi

Lassi is a traditional yogurt-based drink popular in Bharat. Here’s a classic Lassi recipe that’s quick to make, easy, and satisfying – perfect for keeping you full for some time!

Ingredients (for 1 person):

  • 5 tbsp yogurt (or 7 tbsp curd)
  • 1 tbsp fresh and extra thick cream (preferably crème fraîche)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  • A little water (enough to blend smoothly)

Process:

  1. Add yogurt, rich cream, sugar, and a little water into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a mug, and your lassi is ready to enjoy!
