Garlic and Coconut Chutney

खमंग लसूण चटणी

Ingredients: 🌶️

  • 10-12 big garlic cloves
  • 5 Kashmiri red chilies
  • 3 Bedagi chilies
  • 3TB peanut powder
  • 1 cup grated dry coconut or desiccated coconut powder
  • Salt as per taste

Process: 🥥

  1. Lightly roast grated dry coconut, red chilies, Bedagi chilies, and garlic separately in the pan.
  2. First, grind grated coconut and chilies.
  3. Later add garlic and peanut powder and salt to the mixer.
  4. Store the chutney in an air-tight container.

Tip: 🥜

If you live in a tropical region, it is advisable to make the chutney in small quantities as it won’t last many days. You could consider storing it in the refrigerator.
