Garlic and Coconut Chutney
Ingredients: 🌶️
- 10-12 big garlic cloves
- 5 Kashmiri red chilies
- 3 Bedagi chilies
- 3TB peanut powder
- 1 cup grated dry coconut or desiccated coconut powder
- Salt as per taste
Process: 🥥
- Lightly roast grated dry coconut, red chilies, Bedagi chilies, and garlic separately in the pan.
- First, grind grated coconut and chilies.
- Later add garlic and peanut powder and salt to the mixer.
- Store the chutney in an air-tight container.
Tip: 🥜
If you live in a tropical region, it is advisable to make the chutney in small quantities as it won’t last many days. You could consider storing it in the refrigerator.
