Cold Coffee

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

For the coffee base –

  • Instant coffee: 2 tsp
  • Sugar: 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
  • Water: 2 tbsp

To make the mixture

  • Cow Milk/ Oat Milk: 1 cup (chilled)
  • Vanilla custard cream: 4 tbsp (contains sugar)
  • Cream: 2 tbsp (whipped or fresh)
  • Ice cubes: A handful (optional)

Steps:
  1. Prepare the Coffee Base:
    • In a bowl, mix instant coffee, sugar, and water.
    • Whisk the mixture vigorously for 1-2 minutes until it becomes frothy and slightly thickened.
  2. Blend Everything:
    • In a blender, add the whisked coffee base, custard, chilled milk, cream, and ice cubes.
    • Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth, creamy, and frothy.
  3. Serve:
    • Pour the cold coffee into tall glasses.
    • Optionally, top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, or chocolate shavings for garnish.
